Payne Auto Towing & Recovery

I had a really good experience with Payne Auto Towing and Recovery. My car suddenly started shaking and I could smell gas, and I was honestly really scared because I’m new to driving and this was the first time something like this had ever happened to me. When they arrived, they were very kind and reassuring. They told me everything was going to be okay, which really helped calm me down. They safely took me and my car to the mechanic shop, and I truly appreciated how helpful and professional they were throughout the whole experience. Thank you, Payne Auto Towing and Recovery, for making a scary situation a lot less stressful. I definitely appreciate your help and would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I lost a tire while driving in a 50mph zone. Co-owner arrived quickly to check on me and put me at ease while waiting for the flatbed, which arrived soon after.. Their demeanor was very professional, pleasant and extremely calming as they hooked up my car and hauled me to my home. Even let me stop to get coffee on the way!! Truly exceptional service ❤️ 👍🏾‼️

There are several tow companies in the area. Forget about everyone else except Paynes. Courteous, friendly, professional, and reasonable prices.

Payne Towing let me know right away his eta, which luckily for me was like 5 minutes. The driver was kind, pleasant, asked what happened to my vehicle, and where I wanted to be towed. We talked about the issue withh my vehicle which was helpful. He secured my vehicle to his tow and got my car to the garage in no time. He took my payment method of card. All cherry! Thank you Payne’s!

When our rental car refused to start in a small town in pouring rain with almost no cell service, Justin was there in record time to assist. He was incredibly kind and even helped us negotiate with the rental company. We would have been lost without him and cannot recommend this family-run business enough! They are heroes

I fell off the road in to a ditch right before shabbos. John's worker saw it happening and got to work right away, he called for another towing truck to help get me out, but I had to leave the sight to get home on time for shabbos. The worker towed the car and had John check out the car, and then John brought the car till my door and didn't even want to charge me. John is the nicest person out there. Only use him. You won't regret it!

He’s super nice very reasonable pricing and fast on the job best towing I have had thus far I highly recommend these guys
