Payne Towing let me know right away his eta, which luckily for me was like 5 minutes. The driver was kind, pleasant, asked what happened to my vehicle, and where I wanted to be towed. We talked about the issue withh my vehicle which was helpful. He secured my vehicle to his tow and got my car to the garage in no time. He took my payment method of card. All cherry! When our rental car refused to start in a small town in pouring rain with almost no cell service, Justin was there in record time to assist. He was incredibly kind and even helped us negotiate with the rental company. We would have been lost without him and cannot recommend this family-run business enough! They are heroes

I fell off the road in to a ditch right before shabbos. John's worker saw it happening and got to work right away, he called for another towing truck to help get me out, but I had to leave the sight to get home on time for shabbos. The worker towed the car and had John check out the car, and then John brought the car till my door and didn't even want to charge me. John is the nicest person out there. Only use him. You won't regret it!

So I stupidly got myself stuck in a crap ton of mud and I called This company and I was NOT disappointed he was here in under ten minutes and didnt rip me off. I will be posting this family owned and operated company every where. Thank you so much for being fast and affordable!!!! I called Payne in the middle of the night with a car stuck in the snow. They were incredibly responsive on phone and text, gave the exact ETA of getting to my location, did quick work towing the car and were very compassionate in every interaction. My car ended up needing repair work and they helped me coordinate those logistics every step of the way. John (the owner) went above and beyond with this. And his sons were truly incredible throughout a very stressful situation. I will always be grateful to you all!

Very fast service. Told me to stay warm inside while he put the car up. Most friendliest service I have ever received from a towing company. Great conversation as I started them lol I HIGHLY recommend while others tried to rob me as I am female. Not once was I ever uncomfortable and John was an angel. Also did not mind me having my little dog and she liked him from the start. That says a lot about a dog. 10 stars

It was a Godsend to have Payne towing in the middle of a blizzard with electric car out of juice. Once we got home he waited to see if it would charge, but the 12 volt battery was dead. So he charged it and helped me until everything was taken care of well. Above and beyond, really nice.

A very stressful and potentially dangerous situation led to a surprisingly pleasant evening. Car died with my newborn and I stranded 45 minutes away from home. These guys were so comforting and professional that it made it seem like an adventure rather than the not great night it could have been. Thanks guys!
