I was traveling to West Point with my son for a gymnastics meet on Rt 17 late Thursday night when I hit a crater of a pothole that flattened my left front tire. I rolled off 17 into the nearby Robert Green Chevy dealer parking lot. There I discovered my Volvo had no spare, and AAA had no tow operator even open. I was worried. My son found Payne Auto on Google and I called -John Payne answered.. I explained my dilemma- John said to leave the car there and he would come get us in his wrecker and take us to a local hotel. Th next day John arranged to have a buddy of his tow my car to the Volvo dealer in Wappingers Falls where I was able to get it fixed so I could drive home that night. I owe John a debt of gratitude for helping us in a tough situation - a gentleman and a company I would highly recommend!
Couldn’t make it up an icy hill on a driveway. The truck came extremely quickly and the owner was very nice. I was on the road in a fraction of the time I thought it would take.
Stranded with a flat and no spare… they happily gave us a ride to a hotel at midnight with no problems and helped us figure out the entire situation. Amazing company and would recommend!!!

This towing company are our saviors. After experiencing a traffic jam that left our car damaged—John pulled up without being called. He was passing by and offered to assist us because he wants to continue to keep people and the roads safe especially during the holiday weekend. We damaged our car, got picked up, and dropped off at the nearest car rental in under one hour. John was a delight to talk to during a stressful time and truly cares about his field and customers. We couldn’t be more thankful for this service and genuine hospitality. Thank you so much again John.
I hit a dear called my insurance company and they couldn't get ahold of anyone so I called Payne auto toeing and they picked me up dropped my car off at a repair shop and where all around helpful Justin was my driver and brought me home.

John and Justin are good guys. They were getting gas at White Lake gas station. I had a flat tire and the donut had a hole in it. They gave me a free tow and ride home.
Went to a gas station to fill up got about 10 miles down the road and called up payne towing and the owner came who was very friendly and professional got my car on his truck and brought me and my car to the dealership to get worked on even asked if I wanted a ride to a hotel I'd refer this towing company to anyone that breaks down near monticello thank you all payne towing

I called roadside assistance and they recommended Payne towing. For a single female at 3am with a dead battery, I was pleasantly surprised at how quick this company responded.
